The Classical Liberal Roundtable The Classical Liberal Roundtable will meet in the North Oval Room of the Rotunda at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 22. CLR president Alec Norman has announced the following: For this Sunday’s meeting, since the semester is drawing to a close, I thought we would have an open discussion. We will be bringing up any topics of interest, and concluding some of our discussion from last week, as well as any other unfinished topics from throughout the semester. Students for Individual Liberty will sponsor an address by Chris Horner of the Competitive Enterprise Institute on Thursday, Nov. 12. The address, entitled “Global Warming: The What and Why of Kyoto and ‘Cap-and-Trade’ Policies,” will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Commonwealth Room in Newcomb Hall at UVa. The event is free and open to the public.
