John: “Swim. Bike. Run.” These are the words I live and breathe every day of my life.
Minh: What’s up everyone! My name’s Minh (obviously) and I’m a Sociology Major in the College of Arts and Sciences. This is my third year on UPC and I have spent the past two years having a blast on the marketing committee. When I’m not living in the PAC, I’m binge-watching way too much “The Mindy Project” and “Silicon Valley” or indulging in some Settlers of Catan. I am beyond excited to work on Springfest this year with John and if you have any questions – he’s the best one to ask.
UPC’s Vice Chairs of Programming ensures that UPC is programming high-quality events that meet the needs of the student body. The Vice Chairs of Programming work alongside UPC’s professional staff advisors to approve plans and allocate funds for the events that UPC’s eight committees propose. The Vice Chairs of Programming are responsible for managing After Hours assignments and leading an ad-hoc committee to plan Springfest, UPC’s largest event. In addition, the Vice Chairs of Programming work with the Chair to set long- and short-term programming objectives.
