Director: Rachel Lee, 4th Year, firstname.lastname@example.org
Hello there! My name is Rachel Lee and I’m a fourth-year majoring in Economics and English from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (a little out-of-state). I have been a member of UPC since 2014 and now get a chance to lead this fantastic committee! If I’m not at a UPC event, I can probably be found at OpenGrounds trying to get free food and/or looking up Game of Thrones fan theories. I cannot be more excited to see what this year has in store for us and look forward to working with my enthusiastic and dedicated committee to bring you some great events. I am available to talk whenever so feel free to contact me if you have any ideas you want to bring to life or just want to say hello!
The A&E committee focusses on programming events that enrich the creative culture at UVa. We put the power of defining what that means into the hands of the committee members, allowing the freedom to program to serve the unique and diverse interests of the community. We aim to promote a culture of expression and sharing of art, may it be visual, musical, or dramatic. Our events range from large-scale ones such as Rotunda Sing to more casual events such that involve relaxation and crafting.
