Blue Ridge Apartment Council（www.brac.com） ~;l amiLx7e0这是Charlottesville最好的房屋中介网站，大部分可供出租的房屋都在这个网站上发布。在网站上可以搜索想要的房型(efficiency, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, etc.)，入住时间，房租和包括的utility费用，地区(JPA, corner, etc.)，等等。如果搜索到了自己喜欢的房子，就可以直接打电话给公司约时间看房或者签约，非常方便。在这个网站上发布的一般都是房屋管理公司，在Charlottesville经营有一定规模数量的房屋，可信度比较高。也有一些小的房东，出租的房子质量良莠不齐，所以租房前务必现场勘察。 %wl1J5Ti$A&mB0CSSS - Chinese Student and Scholar Society m_2?f
