First Year Players is an independent student-run theatre group at the University of Virginia.

Every semester we get together to produce a musical. Prior productions have included "The Wiz," "Grease," and "Damn Yankees." While those in the cast and stage managers are restricted to first years, Artistic Staff, Business Staff, and Technical Staff may be of any year.
