Saturday mornings from 10:30-12:30, and other times as well. This is an on-going service project to help the Salvation Army organize its food bank. Our group will go on Sat. mornings, but other times are also available. If you're interested in helping on Sat. or any other time, contact Beth.

Come out to Ashtanga Yoga Charlottesville on Sunday nights from 5.30- 6.30 PM. Additional class in Spring semseter, time TBA.
