IM Funding Request Form

Please fill out and submit the form below at least one (1) week before the Intra Mural Sports sign up night. GSAS has funding for 10 graduate student IM teams for the each semester signup night. Each team must be registered with us before IM-Rec Signup nights. GSASC will not reimburse individuals for teams that have already been registered.

IMPORTANT: We have occasionally experienced difficulties with our online funding request system. If you do not receive a confirmation email then please email Dave Hondula at dmh4j@virginia.edu.

Funding is on a first come first serve basis and no more than one application per person will be accepted. At least 50% of your roster must be graduate students from GSAS to qualify. If you have any further questions please contact Dave Hondula, who will contact you to let you know whether you will receive funding.
