Mike Enlge, English Department Graduate Conference
* Funding for Graduate Conference 'Found in Translation'
* Motion to fund at $2300. seconded. Passed unanimously
Susan South, co-chair, Graduate Research Exhibition
* Susan requested funds for the total costs of the Research Exhibition in March
* Council approved $2000, which allows for an extra $250 for Publicity
Representative from SEAS (Engineering School)
* Wanted to promote social acitivity between GSASC and SEAS

Speaker Series
* One slot filled entitled "Understanding the Future through Science Fiction"
* Ayers and Brunjes - will cost more than projected because of increased Rotunda Fees
* Total cost will be $2000 for Spring Series

* Feb 25th - Night at Wintergreen ($10/person) ~ $400
* March 7th Old House Vineyards tasting ~ $0
* March 20th Paintball ($10/person) ~ $400
