Election of a treasurer

Approval of resolution regarding onlione teaching evaluzations

* This resolution was a bit of strategic fist pounding in order to prevent graduate instructor teaching evaluations from being posted publically.
* There is nothing like a good fist pounding.
* The resolution passed with 11 votes in favor, none in opposition, and 1 abstention.
