Summary Description:As the youngest chapter of the Sigma Phi Society, the Alpha of Virginia has long been dedicated to fostering an environment that promotes academic, social and spiritual enrichment here at the University of Virginia. The chapter has always taken pride in having a close-knit brotherhood, and continues to maintain solid lifelong bonds with the alumni, as evidenced by their strong and consistent attendance at football game cocktail parties and formal events. Sigma Phi’s recurring social events here at the University include Rocket Party and Professor Dinner, as well as an annual philanthropy which benefits the Monica Long Foundation to raise awareness and aid prevention of domestic violence. |
