6:30pm – 8:00pm : Dinner Break
8:00pm – 10:00pm: Committee Session II

Saturday, November 15, 2008:

10:00am – 1:00pm: Committee Session III
1:00pm – 2:30pm: Lunch Break
2:30pm – 5:00pm: Committee Session IV
5:00pm – 7:00pm: Dinner Break
7:00pm – 9:00pm: Committee Session V - Special Program
9:30pm – 12:00am: Delegate Dance

Sunday, November 16, 2008:

11:00am – 12:00pm: Closing Ceremonies

Note: Schedule is subject to minor changes. Saturday lunch and Friday dinner will be staggered in order to manage crowding. The exact timing of the staggered lunches will be specified at registration in November.
