NOTICE: VICS has presently reached its delegate cap for this year's conference. The registration page will remain open for all schools wishing to be added to the Waitlist. Our Charge de'Affaires will contact schools with offers in the order they placed themselves on the Waitlist if spots become available in the coming months. Thank you for your interest in VICS XIV!
Welcome to the VICS XIV Registration Page. We are excited about the conference and look forward to your participation. The following items are guidelines for registration and payment to ensure a smooth transaction.

Registration must be completed online. The Chargé d'Affaires will send you an email confirmation and invoice after you submit the online registration.
As registration fills up quickly for VICS, we suggest you register as soon as possible. Priority delegates will receive preference in committee and position assignments, as long as payment is received on time.
Priority Registration opens Saturday, October 11, 2008.
Priority Registration ends Tuesday, December 9, 2008.
Priority Delegate fee: $65 per delegate due by Tuesday, December 16, 2008.
Priority School fee: $70 due by Tuesday, December 16, 2008.
Regular Registration ends Tuesday, February 10, 2009.
Regular Delegate fee: $75 per delegate due by Tuesday, February 17, 2009.
School fee: $70 due by Tuesday, February 17, 2009.
The school fee and the priority delegate fees are non-refundable. We will give a $25 refund to schools that notify us by Monday, February 16, 2009. If drops are made after this date, delegate fees are still owed in full.
IMPORTANT: You must register and we must receive your delegate fees before you will receive committee/position preferences. Delegates will not receive a committee assignment until their full delegate fee is received. The attendance of every delegate is extremely important to the success of our small-sized committees. For this reason, the registration policy is strictly enforced and no exceptions will be made with regards to payment.
