Students for Individual Liberty will sponsor an address by Chris Horner of the Competitive Enterprise Institute on Thursday, Nov. 12. The address, entitled “Global Warming: The What and Why of Kyoto and ‘Cap-and-Trade’ Policies,” will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Commonwealth Room in Newcomb Hall at UVa. The event is free and open to the public.
