The Classical Liberal Roundtable will meet in the North Oval Room of the Rotunda at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 15.

Topics of discuss will include:

- As a follow up to Thursday’s SIL talk, CO2, Cap-and-Trade, Nuclear Power, Environmental Economics, etc.
– Attacks on Roe vs. Wade – wy it may be even more difficult to get an abortion under the new healthcare plan
– Utilitarianism
– anything else you wish to discuss

Chris Horner to address SIL · 11 November, 08:23 PM

Students for Individual Liberty will sponsor an address by Chris Horner of the Competitive Enterprise Institute on Thursday, Nov. 12. The address, entitled “Global Warming: The What and Why of Kyoto and ‘Cap-and-Trade’ Policies,” will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Commonwealth Room in Newcomb Hall at UVa. The event is free and open to the public.

Reminder: SIL meeting on Thursday, Nov. 5, with free showing of "V for Vendetta" · 4 November, 08:30 PM

Students for Individual Liberty will hold a meeting on Thursday, Nov. 5, at 7:00 p.m. in Cabell 311. The meeting will feature a showing of the movie “V for Vendetta.” The event is free and open to the public.
