John Wilkes Booth Tournament Alice Chou was on the 2nd-place
team of 2 Girls, a Geek, and a Gay, Andrew led the Mary Oberempt's Doghouse
squad (see the lexicon), and The Lawgivers(Dan "Duke of Earl"Hodes, Jamie"Professor
Bobo" Plummer, Brian "Justinian" Hight, and Anthony "Solon" Airne) finished
4th due to our head-to-head loss to Mary Oberempt's Doghouse, although
The Lawgivers defeated Gerbil Down Below.

Andrew and Alice led a UVA team to its second straight Georgia Tech MLK
tournament victory.

The Juan Carlos Viscarra
InvitationalUVA sent 2 teams to GW's tournament, with both the A
and B teams qualifying for the upper tier, but the A team finished 3rd
at 9-3 and the B team finished in 6th at 7-5

NAQT Mid-Atlantic Regional (Hosted only)
Maryland A swept the tournament, while Virginia Tech A won the second
preliminary bracket

Andrew finished 2nd at ACF regionals as Virginia A, Alice, Brian Rostron,
and Russ Wright finished 5th as Virginia C, and Virginia B "Bob" finished
9th, sweeping the three playoff games in the last consolation bracket.

Wahoo War 1998 Congratulations to the Erstwhile
Cavaliers (Clay Davenport, Carrie Pruett, Phil O'Donoghue, and Anthony
Airne) for winning the 1998 Wahoo War of the Minds. The house team, which
featured Chris, T.J., Jovanna, Russ, and Ben, defeated Roanoke and Longwood
to go 2-10 in preliminary round play but did not participate in the playoffs
in order to even out the playoff brackets.

Trashionals
Sheean Sucks! featured Andrew Yaphe, Alice Chou, Brian Rostron, and John
Edwards of Howard and finished 10-4, while Degeneration X consisted of
Dan "Triple H" Hodes, Brian "Badd Ass" Hight, Anthony "X-Pac" Airne, and
Alex "Road Dog" Richman and finished at 8-5-1, good for 2nd in the all-collegiate
division. Badd Ass and Triple H took home all-star awards in this tournament.

B team finished with a 3-11 mark (Anthony, Brian Hight, and Russ)
