After
an exciting round robin, which ended with three teams tied at 6-3, TJA and Governor’s
School played a championship game. The two teams first game had been won by
Governor’s School by 10 points, and the rematch did not disappoint. Governor’s
School held a slim 10 point lead on question 17, but then TJ pulled away, getting
two powers and two toss-ups on the last four questions to win 310-215. A well
played tournament overall, which just missed having the ever-exciting square
of death for second place!
Congratulations
to everyone and also a special thanks to everyone who helped out!
