Welcome to the Beta Chapter of Sigma Nu at the University of Virginia. Founded in 1869 at VMI, Sigma Nu was built on the principles of Love, Truth and Honor. From there, the three founders, James Frank Hopkins, Greenfield Quarles, and James McIlvaine Riley, moved outward in 1870 and approved what would soon become the Beta Chapter at UVA.

As the spring semester wraps up, Sigma Nu looks foward towards fall rush. Rush starts up in the first weeks in the semester and it is an intensive two week process to find the new class of Sigma Nu Brothers. The first three nights of rush are open house nights, so make sure to come by the house. If you have not been here before, Sigma Nu is located near Carr's Hill field and across from Mem Gym.
