Theta Chi Xi Chapter used to be located at Carr's Hill until Fall 1968. A picture of the old house is below. The Xi chapter was moved because the old house became the location of the president of University of Virginia's new mansion. So Theta Chi was moved to the current location at 600 Preston Place.
