The Spring Semester has been productive in strengthening our relations with alumni and acquiring a loan to begin renovations that have been in discussion for awhile.  The approaching fall semester will have an increased emphasis on Fall Rush and philanthropy.  I would like to extend an invitation to all alumni of the Phi Epsilon, Phi Epsilon Pi, and Zeta Beta Tau houses to stop by throughout the year and see the improvements being made to the house.
